If you're using Klaviyo, you've already done the hard work: segmenting your audience by purchase behaviour, LTV, engagement, product interest, and dozens of other attributes. TouchDrop connects to Klaviyo and lets you use those same segments to trigger postcard campaigns — without rebuilding your audience logic from scratch.
How the Klaviyo integration works
Connect your Klaviyo account
Enter your Klaviyo API key in TouchDrop settings. Your segments are pulled in automatically — no manual export/import, no CSV files.
Select a segment
Browse your Klaviyo segments inside TouchDrop. Pick the one you want to mail — lapsed customers, VIP buyers, win-back targets, or any other segment you've built.
Design your postcard
Use the TouchDrop template editor to design a postcard with your artwork and merge fields. Each card is personalised with the recipient's first name and a unique discount code.
Send and track
Postcards are queued for print and dispatched via Australia Post. QR codes and discount codes track attributed revenue back to the campaign.
Klaviyo segments that work well for direct mail
- Win-back segment — Customers who haven't purchased in 90+ days and haven't responded to recent email flows
- VIP / high-LTV — Your top-spending customers, for exclusive offers or early access
- Post-email non-openers — Customers in a flow who didn't open the email — reach them on a different channel
- New customers after 30 days — Encourage a second purchase with a physical postcard and a personalised discount
- Category buyers — Customers who bought from a specific category, targeted with a complementary product
Suppression handled automatically
TouchDrop respects your Klaviyo suppression data and applies its own rules on top: customers who have received a postcard recently, customers who have converted from a previous campaign, and addresses that have been marked as invalid are automatically excluded. You never mail the same customer twice in a configured window.
Australia-specific Klaviyo brands
All postcards are delivered via Australia Post's Print Post service. Addresses are validated against Australian postcode data, parcel lockers and parcel collect locations are filtered out, and invoicing is in AUD with GST included — making it straightforward for Australian brands to manage costs and tax treatment.
