Unique discount codes from Shopify
Each postcard recipient gets a unique discount code generated directly in Shopify. TouchDrop creates the codes via the Shopify API and renders them on the postcard personalised to that recipient. When the code is used, Shopify attributes the order — and TouchDrop surfaces it in your campaign ROAS dashboard.
How attribution works
Every postcard includes a unique QR code linked to a tracking URL. When a customer scans it and places an order within a 60-day window, that order is attributed to the postcard campaign. You see the attributed revenue, order count, and ROAS for each campaign in real time.
Both QR-scan orders and discount-code orders are counted — capturing customers who noticed the postcard but didn't scan the QR code.
