Design your postcard
Your artwork in the template editor, with merge fields for the recipient's name and a unique discount code per card. A5, printed both sides.
Send and track
Cards are validated, printed and lodged via Australia Post. QR scans and code redemptions attribute revenue back to the campaign.
Suppression handled automatically
TouchDrop applies its own suppression on every send: customers mailed recently, customers who already converted from an earlier campaign, and invalid addresses are excluded automatically, so a segment overlap never turns into a duplicate card.

Postcards are printed and lodged inside Australia via Australia Post, within its published delivery windows. Addresses are validated against Australian postcode data with parcel lockers filtered out, and billing is in AUD with GST included.

What are the dimensions of the postcard?

Do my contacts need postal addresses in Omnisend?
Postal addresses come from your Shopify customer records, matched to the segment's contacts. Contacts without a usable Australian address are filtered out before printing, so you are never charged for an undeliverable card.
Is there a minimum send?
No. Segment campaigns send from one card up, priced per piece, and suppression rules stop the same customer being mailed twice inside the configured window.
