- AU postcode and address validation; parcel-locker addresses filtered out before lodgement
- GST included on every invoice; AUD billing only, no FX surcharges
- 45-day global suppression window after every send (per-recipient)
- Rolling 90-day frequency cap (max 3 mail pieces per recipient)
- Spam Act 2003 — direct mail is out of scope; we still record explicit opt-outs and respect Do-Not-Mail lists
